Vibration

A module for vibration signal analysis (ISO 20816), operating in spectral and time-domain modes for diagnostics. X-ray vision—no superpowers required.

A UK industrial plant in the construction aggregates sector faced frequent bearing failures in two critical vibratory screens, resulting in costly downtime and recurring emergency repairs. 

Manual monthly vibration checks were ineffective for early fault detection, with each failure costing approximately £ 102,000. To address this, the plant implemented WEGscan 100 sensors and WEG Motion Fleet Management (MFM), enabling real-time monitoring of vibration and temperature data.
